Case study - GMB
GMB was founded in 1979 and has provided recruitment, executive search and selection services to new subsidiaries of overseas companies, to existing multinational companies and to indigenous firms. GMB is one of the longest established firms in the business in this country with an unrivalled reputation in the recruitment of start-up management teams. |
How GMB Group use the service
All GMB staff have their own direct dial lines and dedicated extension. This gives free site to site calling between GMB offices. They have found this very useful in managing their multi-site operations and working with representatives while on the road.
Other features which are particularly useful to GMB are missed call notifications, voicemail to email and out of hours routing features.
GMB had a legacy analogue phone system which was no longer fit for purpose. The objective was to find a cost effective enterprise class system to replace the existing system. With minimal investment us provided a fully hosted cloud based solution. This solution provided state of the art features and functionality which were unavailable in the old system.
The monthly call charges have reduced substantially. The typical monthly bill has reduced by 50% or more.
What GMB say about the service
“Choosing us as our service provider has proved to be a great move. Not only have we achieved significant savings on our monthly phone bills, we now have a high tech, extremely flexible phone system which can be managed remotely. Having the option to re-route our calls and answering service to suit our needs, simply by logging on to the control panel at any time, has proved invaluable to us. It is a fantastic system.” Karen Garvey
“It is great to deal with a company who are so attentive when it comes to dealing with their customers. The support from the us team in changing systems has been excellent. We have gained so many great new features and benefits with the new system.” David Garvey
