Do I need a VoIP phone to use the Soho66 Service?

The answer to this is no. Although our primary business is VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) you do not need a VoIP phone in order to receive calls. You can set up a call divert to an external number (mobile, landline) and this will work fine.
