Amend your Service
Adding new VoIP numbers
- Log in to your account at “My Soho66”
- Click on “Your Numbers”
- Click on “Add a new number” or “Subscribe”
- Follow the on screen instructions to add a new number
Adding new fax numbers
- Log in to your account at “My Soho66”
- Click on “Your Numbers”
- Click in “Add a new number” or “Subscribe”
- Follow the on screen instructions
Upgrading or downgrading an existing service, or adding a call plan to your account
If you want to upgrade or downgrade a service, or add a call plan, then the best thing to do is get in touch with us directly. Generally we will request written confirmation from you, so it is best to put your request in an email to our support address (support@soho66.co.uk).
Please note that call plans are only available from your next billing day after you add them to your account; we are not able to part allocate call plans to an already partly allocated month.
